  Nice staff. Only went there to get my nails removed but they were quite accommodating as I just walked in and didn’t have to wait very long.

  PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU WISH TO GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!
  Let me start with how friendly and sweet the staff are, and how easy going they are, for example you don't even have to book, you can just walk in and tell them what you want done and they will tell you where to go. They are very gentle and careful to your hands. And OH MY GOD the prices are so cheap compared to other places, my nails were only $40 and I got $5 off because I go to school!!. I would give them a 5 star rating but the only reason is that I gave a 4 is because my nails are a little patchy on the edges but you can hardly see only if you look close and if your willing to spend roughly an hour or more for some really good acrylics then I recommend here. If your wanting to get your nails done at ttp then I highly recommend this nail salon because they are by far the best out of all of the others.

  Reasonable experience, I had two technicians and the first lady was a little too rough with my hands during acrylic application, but other than that I'm very happy with how my nails turned out.

  I’ve been going to Citi nails for about 4-5 years. Every time I’ve gone there the girls always make me feel welcomed. They are all amazing and do such a fantastic job with my nails.

  Very bad service. They keep changing nail artists in between the work. And make you wait half n hour when they say 5 mins. Understandable they are busy but not happy with the nails at all. I was handled by 2 different ladies. In just 3 days time my toe shellac got bubbled and ripped. Today is the 7th day and 2 more fingers nails got chipped. They are just peeling away as the second lady filed my nails after doing everything. That was so weird. Wasted my $85. Never visit again.

  The staff are lovely but the colour I chose did not match the one they had on show so had to compromise and get another colour over the top to match which was ok but they charged me extra for it!!! Less than two weeks later my brand new acrylic nail just fell off when I returned to the store I had to book a time for the repair and when I arrived for my booking (for one nail) they kept me waiting half an hour then charged me $5.00 to fix their shoddy work. Paid the $5 after questioning it!!
  If you want some one that values their clients this is not the place to go.
  So disappointed!!!!!
