  Waited in the drive through to order sat there for 15minutes, then got served as I drove around there was still a car sitting there waiting for there food. All the food was ready but got home & it was warm not hot, the chips were cold out of 5 burgers they were warm cheese wasn't melted either, seemed to be understaffed.

  Got my order wrong THRICE from the same store. Asked for delivery of right one each time, got told that we can't deliver or refund, you need to come to the store. So first you effed up my order and then, I need to correct that mistake by coming into the store to be able to get the right one. Was a regular customer as it is nearby store but lost all of my faith from Jacks today. Never buying from here again.

  Every time during night if i order Any milk shake they sent Coke or any soft drink but they charge for milk shake. Not fare. They never said they don’t have anything.

  Service is rather slow and staff can be a bit moody or else stressed. Always seem to wait a long time for food than other HJ’s/Fast Food restaurants.
  Car Park isn’t overly clean nor the inside of restaurant.
  They will always be polite and say sorry about the wait. There never seems to be enough staff at one given time

  All I wanted was a quick feed having missed breakfast. I waited more than 15 minutes in the drive through along with a long line of impatient and hungry tradies. It was the slowest fast food I've ever had.
  The bacon and egg Turkish roll was very tasty but I wouldn't want to wait that long again.

  Was really impressed with the outstanding
  service I received better than some of the 
  high end restaurants.  The staff went above 
  and beyond.

  Staff and food were great. Have not been to this store for quite some time. Building looking very aged. There was also food on the ceiling. Not a good look.
